Shipping policy
Below you'll find that estimated times (fulfillment & shipping) in which you should receive your order. Fulfillment (getting the product ready to send to carrier) usually takes no more that 5 business days. After we've readied the product the carrier picks it up and delivers it to you (shipping).

The above times are estimates, not a guarantee since carrier times are beyond our control. Thus shipping times may be shorter or longer depending on holidays, weather, logistical factors(workforce shortages, strikes), etc.
Items shipping from overseas
Some of our items ship from an overseas warehouse. These orders take longer than the delivery times shown above: after processing, the package travels to the United States before a U.S. carrier delivers it.
Your first tracking update may take several days to appear. Once the package arrives in the U.S. and the local carrier scans it, you will receive an email with your U.S. tracking number.
